Intellidyne Announces Canadian Distribution

"Intellidyne announced the formation of Intellidyne Canada, based in Toronto, Ontario naming Adam Pace as its Managing Director. With the additional outlet, Intellidyne Canada will market Intellidyne manufactured controls to governmental, multifamily, and industrial buildings. Pace already has strong relationships with major gas and electric utilities in Canada and has established a number of utility incentive programs for Canadian customers with Intellidyne controls in their facilities."

A few days ago, we heard a loud clicking noise coming from the basement and traced it to the Intellidyne device attached to our heating unit.  We called Intellidyne at the number printed on the device.  It was after hours, about 6 pm, but you answered the phone and were courteous and attentive.  You took our contact information and promised that someone would call the next morning.  Bright and early the next morning we received a call and were promised a service technician would come.  The next day, a technician came.  After examining the device, he told us it was within the warranty and he promptly and professionally replaced it with a new one -- all covered by the warranty. 

This is the most positive experience we have ever had with a business in the thirty-five years we have been home owners.  Everyone we spoke with was courteous, helpful and efficient.  We are going to recommend Intellidyne products to our friends and neighbors.
