Intellidyne contractors must meet the following conditions to be designated as "Certified" by Intellidyne:
- Contractor must have a current license(s) in their service area to perform work on heating, air conditioning and/or refrigeration systems.
- Contractor must have attended an Intellidyne factory sponsored technical training meeting within the past 24 months.
- Contractor must be knowledgeable and fully able to explain how Intellidyne controls function and be able to identify applications that are not appropriate for an Intellidyne control.
- Contractor will promote, sell, and install Intellidyne products on a regular basis.
- Contractor's primary sales channel shall not be over the Internet i.e. EBay.
- Contractor must be able to fulfill the conditions and handle any Intellidyne Warranty and/or Guarantee issues with their customers.
